Key responsibitlities:

  • Lead the team, ensure coaching, knowledge sharing
  • Plans and buys campaigns to a high standard
  • Monitors and provides reports about campaign performance and delivery
  • Understands how to buy media vs. a target audience and the importance of briefing within market sectors
  • Has a good knowledge of the media marketplace and is able to identify opportunities that can benefit our clients
  • Takes responsibility for ensuring a campaign goes live on time, in the correct place and delivers the expected ratings, quality or volume
  • Ensures campaigns are implemented correctly, and that performance is measured, optimised and delivers key performance indicators/targets


Professional skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of industry standard tools such as Arianna, MediaPuls, Gemius, Dotmetrics


Key experiences:

  • Experience of working closely in a team environment or on own initiative
  • Media agency experience as planner / buyer
  • Media agency experience as team lead
